M&A has enhanced or developed a variety of management tools and resources for client associations that increase the effectiveness of volunteers, assure consistency of operations, and minimizes risks to the organization. Governance assistance includes development and maintenance of appropriate bylaws, policy manuals, operating checklists, and business plans for the organization.
M&A staff attend committee meetings, meetings of allied organizations, or other events and functions as directed by the client. We have experience in managing foundations as separate entities for associations and nonprofit organizations, and in working with the governing body of the foundation to support its needs.
We provide information and support for the board of directors and other volunteer leaders throughout the year and attend board meetings. Additionally, we provide administrative support and direction for committees and task groups as well as the coordination and communication between committees and the board of directors.
